Effect/Description: you can only use this cards effects if u summoned it from the grave or if was removed from play and summoned from there to the filed. if it is normal summoned, fliped or specle summoned with not it being summoned`ing it from the grave/out of paly haff the ATK/DEF of only this monster on your side of the feild and all the monsters on ur opints side of the feild that are face up on the filed and when they are flip summon, normal summoned or specle summoned or summoned in any way. the other effectes cant be used that are stated on this card if it was not summoned from the grave or out of play. *[effect 4* if summoned from the gave the second time by its own effect, all these effects will appily. by not haffing the ATK/DEF of this monster and the monsters on your side of the filed, haff the ATK/DEF of the opint monsters and add all of the effects that are listed below.]*

Simplify, what would be written on the card, for the effect. I think 2600 atk is a bit much for a level 4. 2000 at most?
